Floyd County Parks and Recreation and the Louisville Federation of Musicians (Local 11-637) are teaming up to present the second-annual Floyd County Bluegrass Festival! A portion of the funding is being provided by the Music Performance Trust Fund.
Hear from two local groups who carry on the legendary tradition of Kentucky Bluegrass music.
